York UKAC ROUND 4

Pre entry is open to UKAC round 4,
If you wish to race at this meeting as with all others in the series you MUST pre enter. Pre/entry costs £10 per driver, For all UKAC payment details please go to: http://www.ukac.org.uk/
Your £10 registration fee will be paid back to you when you sign on

All cars must pre enter to be eligible to race at this event.
Please note that pre/entry will close Midnight 11-8-15 (this may close earlier if the maximum of 400 cars is achieved- so get your pre-entry done asap)

Please note if a car has more than one driver then please send a separate transfer with the relevant details.

Confirmation of paid drivers will be published on http://www.ukac.org.uk at regular intervals. (Please check your details have been updated).
Gates will open on Friday 14th August @ midday. Entry for the event is £20 per person, oap’s £10 under 16,s free, camping £10 per unit.
Please note that all entrants to the event will be charged for the whole weekend and anyone leaving at the end of the day on Saturday will be refunded accordingly. ( or given pass out )

All campers/caravans will be subject to random searches and any found concealing people will be asked to leave the venue immediately.

If you are leaving for any reason, but will be returning, you will need to call by the gate staff and obtain a “PASS OUT” to enable you to get back in.

On arrival you will be guided to the unloading area so please follow the marshals instructions. Please unload and park your trailers as soon as possible.
We will have the tyre and trade stands, catering units and a marquee and bar on site, there will be a disco on Saturday night.
Scrutineering will commence 4pm on Friday, then again from 7.30am until 8.30am on Saturday morning.

Signing On
Friday 4pm until 20 min after Scrutineering closes.
Saturday 7:30-8:30am. Then each class will be open for 20min after you have raced your second heat, so please come and sign on as soon as you have raced. NO SIGNING ON SUNDAY

Racing will commence Saturday at 10am prompt (subject to change), and 10am Sunday (subject to change) As with all other UKAC rounds we plan to run 6 lap heats and 8 lap finals. The unique points scoring system makes for very close racing throughout the heats and finals.

The meeting will finish with a Trophy Presentation for every class at the hospitality tent near commentary, for 1st to 3rd place in each class.
