Racing is ON this Sunday. 10.00am start, minimum 3 heats and finals. Field opens 3pm Saturday. If you are scheduled for work party please ensure you turn up and help throughout the day (click on the post heading to read the full post including work party list). Maybe you are not on work party but would like to help? Please feel free to come and ask!

Don't forget it's the licence meeting this Wednesday 4th January, 8pm at THE BRIDGE INN, WALSHFORD Please be aware of the change of venue since the newsletters were sent out last season. This is your final opportunity to return annual trophies if you have not already done so!

As a trial this year we have decided to publish our annual club winners. If you have won a trophy it would be great to see you collect it at the presentation in January, and even if you haven't won a trophy we hope you will still attend to support the club and your follow members. A huge thanks to everyone that attended our meeting on Sunday. It was a great meeting to finish off the season, with approximately 120 drivers signed on, including many from Central Scotland and Scottish Borders. Thank you for traveling down to us. Thanks to the F600 crew for running your final series round with us, we would love to have you back next year. We hope everyone has a great winter and look forward to seeing you again at YAC next year.

The race meeting this Sunday i still ON at the moment. We have had rain but the forecast for the weekend is ok. Please keep checking for updates. Field opens 12 noon Saturday, camping FREE. Scrutineering 8.30-10.00, racing starts 10.30 prompt. Hopefully 4 heats and finals, weather permitting. This is the final round of the Northern Challenge and also F600 championships so hopefully a good turnout! PLEASE NOTE: If you have an annual trophy to return, please bring it this Sunday if possible.

21st January 2012 at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, A19 York. Tickets are £25 and available to buy from this Sunday 25th. Please note places are not to be reserved, your place is only booked when you pay for your ticket. This will be a 70's Theme evening, Fancy Dress is not compulsory but there will be prizes for the best outfits and we really encourage you all to join in the spirit and have a laugh. Annual Trophies should be returned ASAP, our meetings this Sunday 25th and Sunday 16th October being ideal opportunities.
